A good nap goes a long way. Unfortunately, my urge tends to hit in the middle of my work shift and I have to try and close my eyes for a few minutes discretely
napping is actually bad for me, because then I can’t fall asleep, but when I wake up at 7 am, I can’t control myself — if I find myself at home, I’ll be asleep 🙂

Don’t take a long nap, then! 20 minutes is enough to refresh and get going again! Napping longer can actually make you more tired…

never learned how to do that — if I fall asleep, then I’m off for two-three hours 🙂
