I came back to my parkour class after six months of non-exercising. It hurt a bit. I also had to stretch several times a day afterwards.

Yes, we have a nice parkour studio here in Chicago where they don’t mind Russian grandma jumping over things (while profusely complaining how much it hurts:)
Russian grandma must be in excellent shape with her knees and hips, though!
well, she has been complaining about them since Saturday class, so I wouldn’t rush to conclusions 🙂
